I just saw the full movie and it looked like it was made in the early 2000's horrible acting, to say the least it was no where near what I was expecting out of a 2014 movie. Very disappointed. In conclusion, don't watch this, you will deeply regret it. I had a hard time even following it. A couple of special effects were kinda okay but can be completely ignored. The director should have left a warning slide during the credits that this movie is an assault on your senses and that serious movie watchers need to get out of harms way for serious sensory damage are on the cards should one chooses to see this abomination to its full length. This is just so terrible! She is easy to take seriously as a professional academic because she wears a pink t-shirt that reads, “I run like a girl – try to keep up” in shiny silver letters. Juni 2015, Der Film ist nicht sehenswert. The Mummy from 1990's had better CGI. One can give credit for that to cheap CGI effect agencies available now days. This masterpiece of marketing deception has nothing to do with the popular Mummy series of films. And when I watched it then I was like....What...? 8 Personen fanden diese Informationen hilfreich, Rezension aus Deutschland vom 30. The dig team decides to hide in the tomb for safety and becomes trapped inside. This film has nothing to do with those films- no shared cast or crew, no common story elements, not even a common studio producing this "effort." The only good thing, if there's any, is that the all girl crew going to the tomb are kinda pretty. I want to start out saying that when it comes to movies, I am EASILY entertained, it's very rare that I watch a movie and don't enjoy it to some capacity. Setting. Call “Amulet” a slow burn if that helps calibrate personal perspective. Studio: Phase 4 FilmsDirector: Patrick McManusWriter: Joanne SpringProducer: Ray HaboushStars: Stuart Rigby, Lauren Bronleewe, Bailey Gaddis, Sarah Schreiber, Alena Savostikova, Elizabeth Friedman, Jessie Paddock. I would wager that her addition to the roster was a late one meant to pretty up the screen with model Alena Savostikova and reshooting the earlier scene with her in it was simply not an option. The plot: Was there even one? All in all, an abomination that is only redeemed(in a very, very minute way) by the beauty of the actresses, which solely gives The Mummy Resurrected 1/10. Share Tweet. THE AMITYVILLE HARVEST Review: The cover art for “The Mummy Resurrected” tries its damnedest to confuse potential viewers into thinking it has something to do with the Universal series starring Brendan Fraser and The Rock. If the performances were only as easy on the eyes as the actresses giving them, seeing past their barely thought out characterizations might not be such an insurmountable task. But now that I have seen this... Maybe I should rewatch The Pyramid soon! This is so bad, that I almost have no words to describe it. The first is that although it is rubbish, it is short rubbish, around an hour and ten minutes. The dialogues: terrible! He breathes a mist into Ronnie that knocks her unconscious. Tralane performs a ritual and Geri dies after coughing up blood. Why would they do this? Do yourself a favor... stay away from this movie, it is so infectious it will ruin your whole day. This movie, was just absolutely atrocious. I really enjoyed those ones. I quite like 'bad' movies, but this contains none of those minor merits to even lift itself into that category. Eine Person fand diese Informationen hilfreich, Rezension aus Deutschland vom 14. Tralane and Sara find a small passageway and investigate the connected hidden chamber on their own. Within five minutes into the movie then skipping and fast-forwarding till the end in another 5 minutes seemed eternity. Having not seen her renowned father "Professor Tralane" (Stuart Rigby) in ages a young archeologist named "Margaret Tralane" (Lauren Bronleewe) is excited to meet him in Egypt where he has reportedly found evidence of an ancient tomb which houses the burial place of an unnamed pharaoh.
